⭐ START LAUNDRY FIRST — strip all beds and start the washer before anything else so it runs while you clean.
Every Guest Turnover
Laundry & Linens
Strip all beds — put sheets & pillowcases in washer
(start now!)
Remake all beds with fresh linens
Fresh bath towels, hand towels, washcloths in every bath
Fresh kitchen towels
Wash & dry all used linens before leaving
Bedrooms
Dust furniture & nightstands
Check under beds for left-behind items
Bathrooms (each one)
Scrub toilet — bowl, seat, base & handle
Clean sink & faucet
Wipe mirror (streak-free)
Check shower is clean & clear of debris
(light spray with soap/vinegar mix & rinse is usually enough — full wipe-down only if needed)
Restock: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
Kitchen
Wipe countertops & backsplash
Clean microwave & stovetop
Clear fridge of leftover food; wipe shelves & drawers
Dishes — wash, dry, and put away
Restock: paper towels, dish soap, sponge, trash bags
All Areas
Empty ALL trash cans, replace liners
Roborock — empty dirty mop water bin & refill clean water bin
Check thermostat is on the default setting
Walk-through — note any damage or missing items below
Outdoor & Hot Tub
Clear patio of trash & wipe patio furniture
Hot tub floater —
always keep at least 2 solid tablets.
Add 1–2 if count is low or existing tablets are mostly dissolved.
Hot tub — skim water surface & check water level
Weekly / As Needed
Check mouse traps — reset or replace as needed
(note any catches below)
Blow off patio, steps & carport
(leaf blower or broom — sandy/dusty area, do often)
Hot tub — add one shock dose
(also do after every guest)
Hot tub — lightly scrub sides & waterline with brush
5-gallon water jugs — at least 1 full jug in reserve?

Monthly / As Needed — Pick 1–2 each visit to spread the work out
Roborock — rinse mop tray & put back
Roborock — check dirt bag; replace if getting full
Roborock — swap in clean spare mop pads; put dirty pads in wash
Roborock — swap in clean spare filter; rinse old one in sink, then top rack of dishwasher
Roborock — clear main brush & side brush of hair; wipe sensors
Scrub shower walls & floor — all bathrooms
Spot clean bathroom floors behind toilets & in corners
(where Roborock can't reach)
Wipe light switches & door handles throughout home
Patio cushions — vacuum or wipe down as needed
Wipe baseboards in all rooms & hallways
Wipe ceiling fans & light fixtures
Deep clean oven interior
(as needed — every few months to yearly depending on use)
